Refund Policy

Total comfort and trust. Our policy is simple: if the technology doesn't deliver your code, you don't lose a single cent of your balance.

1. Fair Usage & Failure

At Rentium, you ONLY pay for success. For one-time activation services, if an OTP (One Time Password) is not received within the activation window, your wallet balance will not be deducted. This process is fully automated.

2. Monthly Rental Refunds

For long-term rentals, we guarantee the number will receive codes during its rental period. In the rare event that a rented number ceases to receive codes due to technical issues, we will provide a prorated refund or a replacement line.

3. Wallet Balances

Wallet additions are processed immediately. Since we incur third-party gateway fees for top-ups, these funds are generally non-refundable from the wallet balance. However, exceptions can be made for unused balances if requested within 24 hours.

4. Disputed Charges

If you believe an error has occurred in your billing or wallet balance calculation, please contact our support desk immediately. We commit to investigating and resolving all billing disputes within 48 business hours.
