1. Wallet & Top-ups

Rentium operates on a wallet-based system. You can top up your balance using supported payment methods including Crypto, Cards, and Bank Transfer. All top-ups are non-reversible except in cases of technical failure.

2. Service Pricing

Prices for numbers vary by country and service provider. These prices are clearly displayed before you confirm any rental. Your wallet balance will only be deducted when a code is successfully received for activation services.

3. Secure Processing

We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers. All transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways with multi-layer encryption and fraud detection.

4. Account Integrity

Users are responsible for all actions taken using their wallet balance. Unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to avoid loss of funds. We reserve the right to flag suspicious top-up activity for security verification.
